| From raw materials handling, mixing, resting, baking, cooking, and wrapping, every step of our frozen tortilla production process is fully-automated to guarantee the same consistent quality in each piece.

| Using special mixers and ovens that evenly mix and heat the dough, our tortillas are always uniformly baked for optimal consistency.
|
|
|
|
| Delicious quality with a long shelf life
|
|
|
| The product is then rapidly cooled for packaging to minimise contact with germs and other pathogens, which increases both shelf-life drastically. This ensures our tortillas can be safely stored for up to 6 to 12 months at around -18oC.
